What is Fun Football
Our Fun Football provides an exciting opportunity for children to fall in love with football. Through the programme in association with McDonalds we believe that grass roots football should be available to everyone and should be fun. That why we are offering Fun Football sessions throughout the year.
Starting at age 5 and up to age 11 your son or daughter can get fully qualified fun coaching that is designed to develop their football skills, as well as their mental and physical well-being.
Coaching sessions are planned with your childs age and needs in mind and the coaches constantly adapt to their development. Age groups are separated to ensure that your child is in with like minded and aged children to ensure they can flourish in a safe and managed environment.
Sessions available Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 16:00 - 17:00 along with Sunday 10:00 - 12:00 depending on age and demand. Further slots will be available once demands supports.
Facilities are on purpose built all weather pitches at Powerleague in Whitchurch, so what ever the conditions you can rely on our sessions being on. If the centre is open, our sessions will run.
At £20 per month, the Fun Football sessions are great value for money. Equipment is supplied along with a complementary Fun Football AFC Whitchurch T shirt.
Opportunities for your child to develop and join one of our teams to play matches against other teams in the local areas and leagues.

AFC WhitchurchAFC Whitchurch are one of the largest Junior Football Clubs in South Wales, with over 35 teams ranging from U6 to senior teams.
The club is well established club and has full FAW accreditation. We promote both boys and girls football at all age ranges as well as walking football for those who still love the game but feel that running isn't for them any more. We are proud to have been awarded the South Wales FA Club of the Year in 2019, and are striving to improve our position as one of the top teams in South Wales. Our sides play in the South Wales Alliance League, Cardiff and District League and South Wales Womens and Girls League and gain regular success in the league and cup competitions. |
